Or, someone who lives in Brooklyn and takes a lot of photos. Either way, as I said earlier, tell us something we don't already know. It's really quite simple to tell if the merchandise is grey market by the warranty description.

Now where would you think the odds of interpretation lies, especially with all the questions regarding grey market and camera stores.

I'm sure you are correct. I'm also sure there are folks that buy from B&H who don't know what grey market is. Selling grey market products is not illegal, or unethical, unless the retailer doesn't disclose the whole warranty issue.
