That would force him to make some kind of decision, however minor, to form a response. Ain't gonna happen.

I have no problem with Trump being on stage and taking questions; it is what a president should do at times like this. But it is really off-putting to hear all of the "due to your great leadership" and "under your direction" BS praise coming from Pence. Why not credit the men and women of the CDC, FDA, NIH, even the private commercial folks who are coming together to deal with this problem? Decisions on what to do regarding gatherings and crowd size, school closures, etc are the result of collaborative team work. But listening to Pence you would think Trump has come up with all these miracle solutions on his own; that "[I] alone can fix this." I am convinced that ALL of the entourage people on the stage with Trump have been given explicit instructions to lavish praise on Trump whenever they speak. It is revolting to hear such garbage. It is all aimed at bolstering Trump's re-e******n, and THAT is how this crisis is being politicized.

Are you claiming that Pence didn't give credit to the people of the CDC, FDA, NIH??

No, I am not saying that. Pence is a much better speaker than Trump, and he does credit other people for what they contribute in a much better and more believable manner than Trump.

When Trump speaks it comes across as very insincere. He reads like a 3rd grader, and the boring tone of his voice conveys an air of "my mommy made me say this" as he drones the prepared speeches. With his past record of lying it is hard to believe anything Trump says.

Pence does not embellish with "biggest ever" or "never been done before" the way Trump does. He has a much more pleasant voice and he puts emotion into his words. I tend to believe Pence over Trump on everything.

But I just wish Pence would stop the ass-kissing and lavishing praise on Trump. Trump has the final say on a decision, but the ideas and proposals come from a team effort. It is the team that deserves the credit, not Trump. And the constant praising of Trump detracts from the people who rightfully deserve the credit.

You are such a pathological liar lol. Here is what you said in part.

" BS praise coming from Pence. Why not credit the men and women of the CDC, FDA, NIH, even the private commercial folks who are coming together to deal with this problem?"

You implied that Pence didn't give credit to others than to Trump. Yet another one of your blatant lies.

The BS praise was what Pence lavishes on Trump.

Your conclusion that I said Pence did NOT credit others is your interpretation of an "implication" in my statement. But the words did not say that. So, no "blatant lie."
