Cooking swordfish is quick and easy as can be. Steady watching while cooking is needed so it's not over cooked. Looks like Chicken as you can see, but it's Swordfish Steak!

Cooked on med-high to high in the beginning, brown bottom of fish as shone and turn with lowing the heat and partially cover in small frying pan, about 2-3 minutes that's it, NO-LONGER for this about one inch piece.

I use frozen veggies these days it's faster! Big selection in the food store to choose from, I never knew it till I looked! Cooked frozen with one 14.5 can of chicken stock on med-high. Seasoned after after cooking is done about 7-8 minutes!

I added two tabs of butter and sprinkled: Oregano, Sweet Basle, Black Cracked Pepper, and cracked Dill all over veggies . . .

I do save on my fish. I BUY only on sale. This Swordfish was a small whole pice, but large to cut in half! Once again, this is a Fast and easy recipe to try. Not to much to do and buy! I mix my frozen . . . CIAO, AP

Welcome, chase4! This is another simple dish to fix, and it is tasty indeed. If we slow down on the food we eat, we will live longer and in good health, and save money in the long run! CIAO, AP
