No Photos in Classified Ad.

I have just posted an Ad in the Classified Section for my Nikon D800E, I added photos as instructed but they have appeared as downloads.
Please can someone let me know where I have gone wrong.

The files are .hiec , whatever that is. The forum is not set up for them so it won't display them
They are not JPEGs or maybe TIFFs work.

If you using a iPhone or iPad go to photo settings near the bottom set to > download in compatible format.
