No, because he made changes by Executive orders since he wasn't able to get those changes through the Congress. Trump is undoing them because they weren't passed by Congress...BW, I don't watch Fox and I have seen many liberal stations show Obama denigrating Bush...

He had to do it by executive orders because in the beginning of 2009 Moscow Mitch came out and said he

would not pass anything Obama put forward. So Obama ran the country with one hand tied behind his back

and he accomplished more things for the country than trump has with Moscow Mitch backing him.

You neglect to mention that Harry Reid did the same to Bush in terms of not v****g on Republican bills yet Bush didn't resort to executive orders as Obama did...
