You should develop some sort of immunity. Whether or not it is a lifetime immunity that all depends. Polio once vaccinated you are immune for life but with Tetanus you are required a booster. It may be too early to tell for sure. That is my 2 cents worth.

10s of thousands have had it and recovered without even knowing that they had it so perhaps so.

With all due respect, I don't think that an unqualified opinion should even be voiced.

This is so new that NO-ONE knows, so ANY comment is just a guess and effectively contributes to misinformation, albeit unintentionally.

If you are replying to me. I have been a pharmacist for over 35 years, does that make me unqualified. It is not like I was a ditch digger. My comments has some basis. My comment was not meant to inflame but to let people know about other vaccinations and how we actually do not know, yet. It is too early to tell.
