Very nice. I like the tonalities and textures you've captured, even in the shadows.

Nice studio space! All the naughty photos I would love to do!
The clean part dawned on me when I saw the continuity of the various tones in an uncluttered floor. The shadows, too rarely get appreciated when there are objects in view. Here the subjects are the "bones" of the barn. Your conversion is done with a light touch introspecting the subtle low contrast of the indoor setting and the slight variation of the shadowy wood grains and tonality.
You stir the imagination on how to fill the space rather than so many such photos which concentrate on objects in the space.

Gret picture. This must have been a storage if it was an animal barn it would never been that clean. Also interesting because it looks like a ground floor. Maybe it was reserved for barn dances.

Nice composition.
One suggestion: Use the brush tool to select the dark ceiling and open up shadows to reveal hidden details and balance the grey tones.
