Today was a sunny, warm day and I made it out to one of my blinds. I used my Canon 90D and Sigma 100-400mm, hand held. ALL C&C is welcome. Details will be with each photo. Thanks for stopping by.

The chickadee (black-capped) is the Maine State Bird and I've always loved their cheerful call and willingness to eat from human hands if one is patient. That means #3 is my favorite of this series

Linda, thank you for your comments and informing me that it is the Maine State Bird. I love them for another couple of reasons. They are very common around my yard and as a result make great subjects but the best reason is thier colors. Being black and white the callange is to get an exposure that shows the details of both colors. Thank you again for stopping by.
