If you right click on the photo and select "save picture" you will get the image stored in your pictures folder.

This picture appears to have been taken thru slats or bars and it would take hours to get all the tones to match. I hope this will work for now The cheeks could be lightened a bit and I took out a hand or arm above her left shoulder. Pretty girl!
