I shot these last Thursday. A big rusty at first but got the timing down by the 2nd inning.

Jules. Great set. We still have snowbanks here, so outdoor spring sports not yet underway. (Was 10 degrees the other night)

At first I was confused by which Les you had on each body, but then it clicked (pun intended). With the crop factor of the D500, using the longer lens, and vice versa with the other combo, you really maximize having a nice tight shot. This is what the notes at the top said, but the notes on the pictures seem to indicate the opposite did I interpret it right?

David: I was changing on the fly. Practicing with different lens on different cameras just to get my feet back on the ground with baseball.

Rain coming next week so maybe shooting a girls softball game is it. We will see. I will use the 80-400 4.5 and 70-200 on the D4.

these are great shots.
I love the two of the base runners, to bad you could do so PP on the one tho, and remove the glove from his hip.
