Is this what you are looking for?
I reccomend Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 (PSE10) and Adobe Premiere Elements 10 (PE10) If you are going to get any Photoshop programs. It has the bugs PS9 had out of it and is easier to work with. Ebay has the best deals, but buy an unused/unopened set. You can get both there for the cost of just the PS9 at Wally World.
My PSE10 shot at it
Quickly run through Photoshop CS6.

Enjoy, katymom, You'll be amazed what you can do with it. Creating a movie from your photos will impress all the family. Look for tutorials to learn what you can do with the program. Amazing!

PSE 11 has been launched. I definitely recommend it. It appears to have gone a long way to improve the stupid user interface of PSE 10 and earlier.
Hmmm, didn't see any Lightroom efforts.
Tried to fix the lens distortion but didn't get it all the way. It might work better to crop out the leaning palms first rather than try to get them vertical.
My colors went awry on the second try...which took it over to CS6. It looks better on my screen but can be spuced up.
Another try with crop first
