I have an unwritten rule. I never have man made objects in my bird and wild life photos. Today however was an exception. This was taken from the Port of Olympia with the Washington state Capitol Dome in the back ground. This is not photoshopped It is cropped a little but that is all.

But the Capitol isn't in focus. Couldn't you have waited until the bird got out of the way?
