I visited the Stahls Car Museum last week in Chesterfield, Michigan. This is a private museum located in a light industrial area and is open to the public, free of charge, for 3 hours on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The museum houses 90 of his perfectly restored vehicles. All are running vehicles. He has a warehouse and garage located in St. Clair Shores with another 60 vehicles. Vehicles can be rotated on a regular basis. Many "Best of Show" awards from the top shows. He also has four restored pipe organs that can be played by hand or automatically. I took many photos and plan to return for more.
The 1904 Peerless Type 8 Style K is powered with a 24 hp four-cylinder engine and a three-speed transmission. It was built shortly after the company switched from clothes wringers and bicycles to automobiles.

I would love to drive this Peerless around the block just once!
Beautiful images of a beautifully restored vehicle. Before the Model T Ford came to light.
Comfortable and luxurious looking seats. They also look to be rather protective with their wrap around design.
They don't make cars like that anymore.
Nicely photographed, John.
