I was passing the Walter F. George Lock and Dam on the Chattahoochee River at the Alabama/Georgia State Line near Fort Gaines, GA this past Thursday evening at dusk and decided to stop and take some dam pictures!

I really like #2. It has or gives a sense of the power of the water coming over the dam. Really nice shots. Thanks for giving the location, too.

I really liked them. (Of course, I was by a dam site born, in a dam hospital--Bartlett Dam, Arizona. My dad was a construction worker building the dam, and I was premature and born in the little Dispensary at the dam site.)
