Format protection for submission to an artist's management company to review for consideration

As always, much success to all fellow hoggers in their photographic pursuits😎. Tried researching thru the site for this topic without success. Maybe my key words were not sufficient. My question is this, besides a watermark copyright signature, should there also be a maximum format size that also protects your images after submission? Please advise, thanks.

If you really really need to submit photographs, make them very very low resolution.

Be sure whatever you do meets three requirements of the artist's management company. Otherwise you might just be spinning your wheels.
