Not your usual Moab photos

We took the dogs and spent three days last week in Moab. In seeking advice on where to go for photo ops, a wise old local asked if I wanted the standard iconic park shots or other shots that Moab provided. I opted for the latter and spent the next morning's sunrise on Route 128 north of Moab next to the Colorado River watching what the winter sun revealed.

Thanks for looking and your usual encouraging comments, Susan. The road is very nice and the only hazard is the "Moab rush hour" traffic.

What a great set of images from what must have been a really wonderful excursion. Wish I could have been there along side.
