We thought there would be no snow this year. But, as soon as we think that way, we get some 3-4" of the stuff last Friday. It was very pretty while it lasted, which wasn't long. Our snow removal is solar-powered and the snow was gone within two days.

Got these photos in the early morning after the snow. Hope you enjoy them...

Thanks! I had been wanting some snow shots. Fortunately, I didn't have to travel to get them. I had been thinking of going to the NC or VA mountains for snow shots, but the snow came to me instead!

I am originally from Petoskey and went to college in the UP. I remember giant snowfalls some years and a few with hardly any. Weather is hard to predict, just have to be ready for whatever nature brings us.
