I like to critique my own photos so that I might watch for that mistake in the next photo.
I don't see anything wrong with this photo. I like the focus, It is sharp enough to show the rough hue of the branch but it is out of focus enough to show the movement of the wing. Depth of field is excellent. Rule of thirds is apparent.
I think the only problem is that you are too critical of yourself, cut yourself a little slack.

Excellent shot, congrats.

It's a little soft but not distractingly so. The wing blur only adds to the image.

Sometimes the actual capture is more important than any thing else. You have a great shot! The timing is what makes this shot. Great eye! Think of it this way. How many prize winning photos have you seen that have only captured the moment of action and nothing else mattered? You have a great shot! Enjoy it!
