These trees are the result of an avalanche. I think that the download image may be better. For some reason this website really desaturates images.

Kalina, You did not provide the download to look at?
Yup, crazy looking.
The website creates a thumbnail from the original.
Color differences may be because of sRGB and AdobeRGB color space differences.
sRGB is best for web postings.
Also, if the image sent is of small size, I think it does not create the "download" version.

Rats.. I checked the box
Did you upload, then check the box afterward? Did you click update?

In case people think this is the correct way, it's not
Click choose file
Click the box called "store original" (images must be more than 600 px wide to generate a download link)
Click add attachment
Wait 'til it's loaded and you can see the pic above the text box
Click send (or update, if you're adding after the original post)
Would love to see in sRGB color space, Kalina!

They look like cobras ready to strike.
Very interesting image Kalina. They look like they are dancing.

Trees shaped by an avalanche? If true they must have been mere saplings at the time and held in place for a long long time in order to retain their new shapes as they continued to grow. It certainly stimulates the imagination and looks like an eerie meeting place for the witches of the woods . . .
Whatever the case, it makes for an interesting photographic subject!
