I need a new ISP (Internet Service Provider) for my website. Can someone suggest one?

I have a personal website wb6wuw.com that is hosted by GoDaddy.com. Today, I received a message from GoDaddy.com that starting March 1, I would be charged $10 extra for the two e-mail addresses I have had in conjunction with my website for free for over 20-years. I pay GoDaddy annually, and the e-mail accounts have always been represented as a free inclusion with the websites. Since my subscription runs through August of this year, I pointed out to their supervisor that the terms that I subscribed under was legally a contractual obligation that they must honor. The supervisor said that it was above his pay level and refused to connect me to his manager or anyone up the chain of command. Effectively he said 'go pound sand.' To me it is the principle and as a result, I need to move my websites and e-mail to another ISP and I would appreciate help in making a selection.

So far, I have talked to both Bluehost.com and HostGator.com. Does anyone have experience with either of them? If so, I would appreciate an honest evaluation of their quality of service along with anything else you can add, positive or negative.

I additionally seek information on any other ISPs that members could recommend.

The new provider must have the following capabilities:

1) Inexpensive
2) Must be able to migrate both my websites and e-mail accounts for me without damaging the contents.
3) It is important that I not be required to redo the entire website using the ISP's provided templates. Therefore, the new ISP must be capable of supporting a website that was designed 20-years ago using HTML code without Java or any of the modern additions. So I will need a provider from which FTP uploads and downloads of the site are doable.
4) I must maintain the same domain registration, i.e., www.wb6wuw.com and www.wb6wuw.us along with the e-mail addresses bart@wb6wuw.com and bart@wb6wuw.us.
5) The provider must block all pop-ups and other advertisements on my website.
6) I need pricing for thee years of service and any other add-ons.

Thank you for your help.
