A new beginning for me. The first time out of the building in a couple years without assistance or assistive devices, Whoo Hoo! Did carry my camera and gardening stool to get down (and up) to subject level more steadily. This is SOC and into Elements 15 to be resized.
Congratulations! You've captured a beautiful flower. Mahalo for sharing.

I'm told that Bette Davis once said, "Getting old is not for wimps". You, sir, are definitely not a wimp. Having spinal stenosis, with all its joys, I can truly feel your pain. All we can do is keep on going. That, I think, is where dignity lies. Thanks for the great photo.

Beautiful and sharp shot, Tommy.
I have several herniated discs and nerve damage. This year I will venture out beyond my backyard with camera and tripod. Everyday is a day closer to my goal. Stay positive and think happy thoughts. Love your photo.
