Images of rarely seen Northern Arizona

Finally this fall I got to photograph new landscapes for me (after a month revisiting old haunts that I had last hiked in a quarter of a century ago). For reasons that will be apparent in tomorrows post I will not identify where we are in these photos. Only to say that you've got to get out of your car and use your legs to get to these places. The second one is my favorite (by far), I'll print that one with a title of: Best in Show, Westminster. Stay tuned for the next set, it'll blow you away....

More spectacular images!
I have spent several springs and fall’s in the Kanab area, always finding beauty. Wife is not a hiker-ortho issues.
Took four days to get permit to the wave-beautiful.
Happy for you having friends to share extended Photo backpacking trips with. I depend on 4x4 trails. Lifted Jeep with rooftop rack for different perspective. Best I can do. Base camp with day hikes.

There is a joint US Military/UFO repair and refueling station in the general area, all info is on a "need to know only basis."
