Having fun with my computer on a cold rainy day. Abraham Lincolns Birthday was yesterday. Somehow I missed it, so today I dug through old photos I took at his Library and Museum in Springfield Illinois. I found this one that looked suitable to turn into a painting. Hope you like it. An excellent reminder that Abraham Lincoln did not burst upon the world full-formed. Seeing him as a thoughtful, young seeker is, itself, rewardingly thought-provoking....all the more so in such times as beset us now...
