Anybody still using one of these? And if you are, how’s the reliability? I’m considering a used one, and yes I’m aware of the newer cameras, it’s a budget thang

I’ve had my X-T1 for about 2 1/2 years and the reliability and build quality are excellent!

I know a couple people who have them, and they are completely happy with them. I shoot with 6 yr old olympus cameras. They still work just fine also. One doesn't always need the latest and the greatest.

I bought a used X-T2, after the X-T3 had come out. I wouldn't part with it, in fact I'm happy enough with it , I'll be using beyond the introduction of an ...X-T ten. Thats how secure I feel about FUJI..RJM

I have an X-T2 and love it. Bought it 3 and a half years ago, and no problems whatsoever. Very high quality cameras. One guy in my Photography Club has an X-T1 and loves it.

If you make very large prints, try to save a little more money and buy a used X-T2. Otherwise an X-T1 will be fine, and you’ll be very happy with it.

There are several you tube videos comparing the xt1 to the xt2, the xt1 to the xt3 and if you wait til the first of march there will be comparisons between the xt whatever to the new xt4. Do a little research and you'll find reasonable 3 to 20 minute comparisons of nearly anything you want to compare.

It worked just fine for me, and really set the Fuji XT series rolling worldwide. Auto focus speed and shutter lag were sluggish compared to latest offerings, but I did get these with my T1 .... (see pics)

If your only concern is price ...... just find a good example, don't go for multiple action shots, and give it a go ..... they're cheap these days, at least in the UK !

I have had the X-T1 and the X-T2. I would highly recommend getting the X-T2.
It is a better camera all around. I was much happier with the images it got.

will

Had one for sometime now. No problems period. It, like all the other Fujis I use/used have lived up to their reputation; faultless in operation, maintenance, and the photographic quality that using Fuji lenses brings to the table.

Cheers!

I'd agree with Will (Soul DR) - get the best XT model you can afford - it just makes better sense.

That notwithstanding - I'm not sure that i could have got better pics with my current XT series camera for the shots posted earlier !

Something to do with the tog and not the camera - so I read on UHH !

Just do what you can right now !

Fuji build quality is excellent. I love my XT-3 and plan to hold on to it for a very long time.
