The papers of the SOTU that the Speaker tore up were not "copies" they were originals. Designed to be government records of that speech. As such, she just might be guilty of a crime. Wanton distruction of federal property just might be illegal. I am not a lawyer. Would a lawyer member of the "hog" confirm or deny this possibility? I would love to know
