Osprey in flight

I’ve posted several shots of this raptor. He’s absolutely gorgeous and sits frequently in an accessible spot for photographers. Today he left his perch and instead of fishing for dinner, he drank deeply of the Goleta slough water, then flew back to the tree. I’m completely mesmerized by him, and was completely unprepared for him flying back to me! I never get tired of photographing him. Hope you enjoy.
