Cape May is on my bucket list for 20 plus years, but have never been able to materialize it. I am on Long Island, NY and want to come there for bird migration...I think fall is the season to be there like October.

Great shot of “The Point”. Love watching the live cams there. I heard the week after Christmas it was crazy busy there.

Late September early October for the birds going south. You'll be joined by several hundred people during this period. There are lectures on birding, Audobon Society led walks and Ranger led walks during this time period. Trolleys take you out to a trailhead for all of the walks as well as your individual walk. All good. BTW, basically the same thing happens in the spring as the birds are heading north.
