Second image taken after touching down on the "Runway" or better stated "Catwalk" she's agency... lol
The profile (cameo) image was shot for the makeup artist's book...
Key (second image): Speedlight through a 48" white parabolic iTTL 1/250; f/8; FL 380mm

Thanks for your support l-fox... much appreciated...
Thank you for your kind words Bob...
Rest assured they are appreciated...
Thanks Paul; actually only the cameo was still in adobe98... had converted to sRGB profile on the BIF...
Strange how my version of Firefox now handles adobe98... guess other browsers haven't made the leap...
In older browsers adobe98 does appear "muddy"
So moving forward I'll be certain to stay with sRGB...
btw, I convert to sRGB in all my recent work for posting on the web...
However for prints my printer wants adobe98... targeting for output is indeed the mark of a professional... Thanks for taking the time to alert me on this...
Truly appreciate your diligence Paul

The details around her eyes, and overall soft colors, are wonderful in the profile. The difference from the thumbnail to the download also becomes obvious from the colorspace. The file reports CS5, where I use the LR export and purpose-specific presets to create all my image files for all uses, maybe / maybe not an option in your workflow.
Thanks Paul... I purchased CS5 as a Christmas present to myself years ago... my colleagues alerted me that Adobe was about to go with subscription only... Not a fan of subscription software... besides I run it on multiple platforms since I can't take a chance on being down... I do however thank Adobe for providing it's DNG converter... to this end I'm very appreciative...
Also I learned PS long ago from a master who primarily used only curves... I've followed in his footsteps... LR is an epic cataloging application albeit possibly not the best for rendering in my humble estimation... However whatever works... works! Many ways to render... nice that there is diversity in the market place for everyone to choose from...
Many thanks again...
Thank you so much UTMike for your lovely words...
they are to be cherished...
Nailed it, nailed them both. Very professional results. vz
Erik thank you for the glowing review and comments...
They mean so much coming from a master of BIF...
The image of Heather aloft was certainly far easier than one of those little feathered friends who dark about at incredible speeds...I've failed so many times at BIF that I'm now realizing it's pretty much beyond my reach...
Here it's not the tools but my abilities that limit what I can & can't capture...
As such I'm in awe of those like yourself who have mastered the genre...
Again many thanks Erik...
