Upscale labels for the back of framed art

I occasionally show framed bird or wildlife photographs. I like to put a sticker on the back of the frames with image information such as location, image ID, and date and also my contact information.
Does anyone know where I might find some self adhesive labels that are upscale in regards to paper quality... I would like to be able to print some basic information and then write in the image specific data as I have been doing with standard Avery templates which are sized for 6 each on 8.5" by 11" paper.

Thanks in advance to anyone who might assist.

I spent more time on the Avery web site and after calling them found some better template papers which I may try but am still open to suggestions

Go on eBay, there are business there that sell Address Labels, different sizes, different Quantities. Just type in Address Labels in Search.
Also many companies that make and sell what you need. Just Google.

That would be a Certificate of Authenticity.

Most usually create a template in a word processing program, and print it on high quality, heavy paper stock, and use archival PVA glue to attach it to a print, mat, or paper backing on a framed print.

At any reputable office supply store you should find double-sided sticky sheets or at least double-sided sticky tape. Then you can make your own labels and print them onto photo paper of your choice. Then simply apply the double sided sticky tape and apply to your frame.

We use Online Labels for my wife's dairy business. The online design is great and I use it to make labels for the back of photos I sell. They have an unlimited selection of label sheets and they cross reference to Avery so you can print on Avery if need be.

If you wish your photographs last a long time. I would select Labels with archival paper and adhesive. Lightimpressions.com is a place to start but not the only source. An alternative would be to use an acrchival pen, pencil or india ink to write on the back of the rear mat.

I design my own with Avery and print them at home. I use the Avery 5264 labels to print them on. They look clean and professional.
You can buy the packets of lables on Amazon.

Thanks "Gene51". I have found a nice linen textured card stock that I will be using. I will use something equivalent to the Lineco product or an acid free adhesive spray to attach.

I actually use a postcard that matches my business card. I get them both from Vistaprint. They have lots of designs for photographers.
I have had lots of great feedback that my cards match my postcard descriptions of my photos.
I list all settings and include the date made as well as the location.
