Great color and texture. Did you consider making the flower a Vertical for more impact instead of a horizontal?
I'm just practicing.

Got myself a Sony A6300 mirrorless camera.
And really love it.

Very good shot, Mark, but that is a close-up, not a macro.
I agree clone out the flower on the right as it distracts from the main subject.
