I downloaded presets onto my computer using ON1 where do I find them at, I am using a iMac bye

I don't know about Mac but on my HP I go to "Downloads" and double click on the file saying "ON1" and take it from there. Hope this helps.

I have my presets in on 1 photo raw 2020 I just cannot get them to show up I have tried everything I know
, one question though they are in JPEG so well they work

How to install manage save presets. I believe mine are all .jpgs but I could be wrong on that.

Are you trying to find where you downloaded them or where they are after you installed them in On1 ? If the first they should be in your download folder. If you’ve installed them you can see them by looking at file/ manage extras in the top menu toolbar. On1 stores presets, textures, luts ,etc there. Usually with presets you just double click the preset (make sure On1 is open) and On1 will load them into the manage extra folders and give you a pop up dialog box saying they’ve install x presets. For the types like luts , select the luts tab, hit the +, navigate to the folder where the luts .cube files are, select all by command a, then the tricky part click on the name inside the install dialog box, that will put the name of the folder where the luts were. You can change it to what ever you want. Then click ok in that box and the next one and the luts will load in to the On1 folders.

I really like this approach. You can manage all your extras from the menu choice. Btw the only confusing part is you can have On1 presets for all the types. For instance, if you got your LUTs from On1 you could see both a folder with an On1 presets and another with .cube files. So if you install via the preset file the list will be in the left toolbar. If you load them via selected approach the end up in the right toolbar under filters. I have asked On1 why not in a single approach. They said to get in the left preset toolbox they have to loaded via the On1 preset which you won't have if you buy or make your own luts etc. I requested them to create a utility for taking LUTs etc and making a preset.

I have them in on 1 2020 then in a folder called Dales sky and it has them all listed cannot find where to go from There

If they are showing up in the app then you can use them. If they are not you can go to file/manage extras from withing On1 Raw 2020, select the preset tab, navigate to the folder, select all, and bring them into On1 Raw 2020

Not very smart on the computer at all but here’s what it says
Click on application, then ON1 photo raw2/users/ Owen/ dale sky 2020 come up
Doing something wrong or Just don’t know how to use it.
