Tamron 100-400 mm lens-Nikon Mount with Tamron lens collar and Tap-in-Console-SOLD

I bought this stabilized lens new nearly 2 years ago to use with my Nikon D7500. I also purchased the removable lens collar and Tap-in-Console. The lens collar is very well made and lightweight. This lens is long and front weighted when extended and the lens collar balances out the weight well. Attach a pistol grip to the lens collar and it is easily hand holdable. With the camera set up to BBF and continuous focus and tracking it does an terrific job of getting sharp images of BIF; same for hummingbirds and stationary birds. This lens is in great used condition.
The lens came with a 6 year warranty from Tamron. I don't know if that is transferable.
Why am I selling? Everyone wants to know. I am migrating over to Canon and just purchased the Canon 100-400 mm lens. It's something I have wanted for a long time.
Asking 725.00 for everything. Buyer pays shipping, I pay Paypal fees. New it costs just under 1000.00. Have box, paperwork, instructions. Would also consider trading for Canon lens extender, 1.4 latest version plus cash.

Lens and collar only 695.00

I have a Tamron 150-600 for Nikon but I have no idea what a tap-in-console does. Is this something I should consider getting for this Tamron 150-600 ??

It makes adding software updates to the lens easier and if you have focussing problems (front or back focussing) you can correct that from the dock- so I'm told. I have never needed to use it.

thanks suntouched. I will be going to Hunt's Photo & Video (just outside of Boston) soon and so I will look into it. Those lads that work there are very knowledgeable .
