Fishing pier

Last week we were treated to a beautiful photo of a fishing pier. I stated that I would post one that I took a number of years ago in south Florida. Unfortunately, this pier was damaged by hurricanes and it was torn down, to be replaced by an ugly concrete structure.

Beautiful!! Sorry to hear that time and tide took its toll on it, but it is nice to have photo memories.

Nice pic. Your rite about wooden piers & taking pics. Unfortunately , on the east coast of the ole USA concrete is the way to go, financially speaking.
