I think I asked the questions inaccurately and people responded with app names that have changed. That means my totals aren't exactly correct, only close.

65 subscribe and use other parts of the subscription
12 don't subscribe, hate it or despise Adobe

65 use Photoshop
19 use Bridge (even though it's free if you don't subscribe)
13 use Lightroom CC (the cloudy one)
11 use ACR (which I thought needed Photoshop and was an integrated part of it)
5 use Lightroom on an Android phone or tablet
5 use Lightroom on an iPhone or iPad
5 use Portfolio (three provided the links in their signature)

I keep meaning to take advantage of Portfolio. But I have a sharing site for my portfolio and I badly need to do some work there. I work for a living I don't have a lot of extra time. So adding yet another item that consumes time would be difficult.

I haven't tried portfolio because I started writing my own website more than 20 years ago. I don't need to fix something that isn't broken.

JD750,

Terry White, one of the paid by Adobe gurus, has a 20 or 30 minute video that explains Portfolio. Another hour for some configuration, tweaking and linking to Lightroom Classic and it will be running.

part 2: For photos LRC CC most the time until I need more/different control then PS CC. Don't have a need for LR Mobile.

Remember the days when Adobe charged $2500-3500 for their suites and then for upgrades. At $20 a month that's about 10 years of subscription Plus new updates every month or so.
