Have you ever looked at the expression on your dog's face and ask "what is my puppy thinking about right now"? I have heard that because dogs have, like humans, eyebrows. This shot is of my Cocker Winston. It seems he is have deep, deep thoughts. I really like the picture but can't help but ask myself; what is he thinking.
Not Ansel
Note: Right after eyebrows; should read "that is why they seem to express emotions".
My crew suggests - "Is is meal time?"
Nice photo, and he is an interesting color for a Cocker Spaniel

Beautiful shot of the doggy. The last six dogs we've had are Cockers. The two we have now are full grown little ones at only a bit less than 20 pounds each. Dumb as dirt at times, but can be so smart most of the time.
Our bichon has basically two ‘looks.’ One with whites of eyes showing, the other whites hidden. Wish I really understood the difference.
I may be incorrect on Winston's lineage. He is actually a Brown Merril Cocker; one blue eye and the other brown.

I mentioned my two little cocker sisters in my previous post. Like Winston one of my girls also has one brown and one blue eye. People that see her are fascinated with her eyes.

he is thinking "Not that blasted camera again!"
Easy answer, "Get that camera out of my face before I bite you and pee on that thing!"
Thanks for all the comments.
Great shot, don't just stand there it's chow time.
Some thoughts that I think I saw here several years ago.
"Sometimes I look at my dog and wish he was smarter so he could tell me what he is thinking". Sometimes he looks at me as though he is thinking "if you were smarter I wouldn't have to"
