Someone asked about this camera and I use it and know lots that do. It's a great camera with dual card slots. does everything I need it to do. I'm not a professional photographer but get great results from it. Shoot mainly with Tamron 18-400 and 150-600mm. Should cost around $500 used. Buy from only reputable dealers and it will last forever. Bought my 2nd one last week, $500 mint condition. Good luck.

You got a good deal. The D7200 is now discontinued, and sells refurbished from B&H for $694. New ones, if you can find one, sells for $1094. That's about the same price it was selling for, Brand New 4 years ago. That sends a positive message about the camera.

Last year I got a new D7200 body from B&H at a $300 discount. Love it. Use my D7000 as backup or to mount another lens and carry two DSLR's so I look like a pro. 😊😊

The day after Christmas I bought a used D7200 from Precision Camera in Austin, TX. It was a little more than $500, but in that range. It was rated as EX+ and I agree. I enjoy learning all the additional features compared to my D3400.

Only issues are getting used to the different places of the buttons, etc. Very happy with the purchase. I have a 35mm f/1.8, 50mm FX f/1.8, an 18-140mm f/3.5 -5.6 and a 70-300mm kit lens. Will share photos as I can.

I have a D71000 and the same Tamron lenses, I also have a 60mm macro and a 10mm fisheye. The 18-400 is the main lens. I hope I never have to replace my D7100 but if I were in the market the D7200 would be my choice.

I have a D7200 and a Sigma 10-20. A 10mm isn’t considered to be a true fisheye on a crop frame camera. I call it my wide-wide. You may get some tilting of vertical elements in or out depending on whether you’re pointing up or down but it doesn’t have the barrel distortion from a true fisheye.

Thanks. i noticed the tilt so when I am doing a landscape I try my best to keep the horizon in the center. Just an example.

I used mine exclusively in our Utah canyons trip and didn’t know about the tilt of the verticals. It was most apparent in my Bryce Canyon photos where I first noticed it and realized what happens when you’re pointing too much up or down. But the effect isn’t unpleasant so I didn’t try to fix it in PP.

I bought a D7200 2 1/2 years ago. Very happy with it. Nothing is missing, at least for me. Use BBF of course...
