who says you can nt replace the plastic head of a bower monopod well here it is
I used a titan II qtII-950 head just carefully break the plastic cap off unsqrew with a phillips trash everthing
that came off took a peace of hardwood about 1'' drill a 1/4" hole (are the size of your head 1/4" 3/8")
watching your length of the stud turn to size off your monopod tapper toward leg glue epoxy your bolt in
then epoxy that into your monopod I know my pic is not the greatest as I did not want to get the lights out
