New Fangled Windmills...
This is a shot of a wind turbine farm in Judith Gap, Montana. It was, and still is, a wheat field. This was shot in the very late fall and the field had been plowed for the winter. So now, in the summer, this land produces two crops instead of just one as in the past. I think there's a certain beauty in these as they stand like sentries over the wide open country.
The shot was made with a Nikon F3 (@1981 model) on Ilford Pro 100 film, at f8 and 1/250. Then scanned, and the post work was done in LR and Photoshop.
