time exposures to get motion in a still picture

Thank you for the info on how you did the interesting art.

Multi images... My small complex Panasonic TZ100 will take up to seven shots for HDR so if the subject is dancing the surroundings should be fine but the 7 will have differing positions. The second choice is to take 4K videos and chose single images from the many and then merge.

Also keeping it simple in dull light... the shutter will slow down to 60 seconds
