The pose in #1 looks a bit uncomfortable; I am expecting her to move or fall over. The second shows stability.

I like the effects you have achieved.

nice, do you have any filter that would give the sunglare more of a starlike effect?

I'm sorry. I didn't like any of them. first of all the main subject is "blocked" by the tree in the background. So what becomes the subject? If you're going for a silhouette, go for making it more dominant in the shot. Keep things out of the background. Plus I believe the exposure was weak. Sometimes I just HAVE to give my opinion. Take it or leave it. Take care

I like the first - Eve picking the forbidden fruit? Second looks as if she has lost her hand and leg (blended with bush). Nice experiment.

I would also like to see these 45(?) minutes later or earlier when the sun is right behind her. Thanks!

Well then vertigo, once again you have done work that is the 747 over most heads.

These are not 'figure studies'. It ain't landscape and it is delightfully not about some mindless technical exercise in exposure control. Equally, no interest in control of flair, nor trying to see what tricks are best done with the effects of flare, diaphragm or optical idiocy.

The images are the playful observations of an artist exploring the world of nature. So refreshing to have dropped the label 'photographer' and engaged the idea of being there. Vert, you say you are exhuming old files, culling through prior work, in a way reviewing older work. Liar. Real art based creative individuals look back at their previous work and ponder were they have been while thinking about where the work will take them next. The review is never about where one has been. It is about what can be learned about the journey and how and what has been learned from that journey.

Critically, what begins to emerge is what that has been done, what it means, how it has shaped the current situation. From this then comes a new knowledge of what is driving the sense of now, ones life as an engaged intellect to discover the vision of the way forward. The old work is the map, the though is the compass for the coming exploration into the new and rip future of the coming work.

You got it Vert, just keep moving forward and don't retreat to some safe harbor. The new frontier is before us, we need the thrill of the new no matter how shocking it is!
