Has anyone heard of the teacher? I did a little searching but couldn't find anythng.

Worst case scenario you lose $11. i am suspicious that any 4 hour course is sufficient to give more than an overview of the power of Photoshop; but that may be what you are looking for. Even with testimonials, it is difficult to tell if an instructor’s style will match your preferred method of learning. I also do not see what version of Photoshop is being used for demonstration or what version on which you will attempt to be following. Basics remain the same; but features and techniques have changed.

This course is available on Udemy for $12.99 for the next few hours. I haven't taken this course but the price is reasonable and it most likely worth considering.
