I had the once in a lifetime trip to Mongolia in August. It's a beautiful country with wonderful, warm people. I thought I would share a few of my photos.
Ancient Deer Stones from the Bronze Age
One of the Games Events at Naadam
Mongolian Woman
Storm Coming Over the Steppes
Young Buddha
Woman with Camels
Nice set,no2 and no3 stand out for me with no2 being my favorite, fantastic action shot, just a pity about cars in background...Super!!! have you got more?
Ahh you have added more as i was typing my reply.
Loving the last 2 as well.
More please!
I'm impressed with #2, as a horse person I'm intrigued by the saddle and bridle. The picture draws me in and makes me want to ask questions, all kinds of questions about the games, the rider, the horse and the equipment. I like pictures that arouse my curiosity and make me want to know more about subject. I'll give you a GOLD star on #2.

I like them all but particularly love the woman with the camels. You caught them all with great expressions on their faces. Yes, please post more!!!
excellent shots and i guess great memories for yourself. the action in the Events at Naadam are quite something and the choir of camels/camel lady. sure looks like they are in song. thanks for the insights into an oft overlooked country. :-)
Thank you for sharing, I love to travel and love foreign lands. I have never been to Mongolia but try to get to at least two countries a year. I loved your Photos!

   Very nice opportunities. This is on my bucket list. Thanks for sharing.
I am happy you enjoyed them. Do try to make it to Mongolia. If I had the resources I would go again in a heartbeat.
"One of the Games Events at Naadam" is awesome, I also like "Woman With Camels"!
I've been lucky to have the opportunity to travel a bit, but never to Mongolia. I am jealous!
Btw., I can see you're not using a circular polarizer filter. For landscapes, it's a necessity! And, don't buy a cheap one, if you can afford it, buy Tiffen or B+W, you'll love it!

Thanks so much for your comment. As to the CPF, got one now. You are right, makes a difference.
Wow! What a documentary! Each image tells a story, luv it! Been to Mongolia, too, loved the huge skies, loved the incredibly humble people and their horse-riding skills! Thanks!
