I had an Einstein moment and revised my flexure fix for the 80mm scope, due to the weight and balance I decided to go with an "L" to the dovetail which also adds secondary lock to the focuser if the weight causes the thumbscrew to slip { it's like an emergency brake }when the scope is pointing straight up . The thing to do when your getting hit with H--- and Da------- from obove. Hopefully by the time I add my ZWO and EFW it'll balance .

I can see how it can help hold the focuser with the added weight of the camera and filter wheel.
Hope it works out, Ronnie.

I think it'll do the job , it's getting the load balanced that has been a bugger. My lx85 is waiting on the weather on the drive, Ed thinks it was a cable keep it from going through a plate solve. It came in the mail Monday and now it's H--- and D--------- until the weekend. So , I can't do any testing but, I've got cameras aligned and it's ready to go on Orion and surrounding Nebulae Sonny.
