Big Mistake

I thought I would pass this on to fellow photographers. I shoot Nikon and in the Photo Shooting Menu there is a selection that says HIGH ISO NR. I made the mistake of turning that off. Well in high iso let's say 3500-6400 etc. I usually have it set to Normal. Off the noise was just horrible. Two games nothing is good, everything is off, color, sharpness you name it. All garbage. Here is an example of what not to do. Look at in download.
Jules

Compare when iso is on normal.

Jules - Topaz Donoise AI (with the bundled AI Clear) might be able to fix this. I've had some amazing results with shots I thought were not salvageable.

Jules I'm assuming you are aware that HIGH ISO NR may possibly reduce your frame rate...
Don't know if that matters to you...

Since I shoot RAW jpg's are in the mix...
btw, Adobe Camera RAW has noise reduction available...
If you have the time would suggest you shoot both jpg & RAW and see if Camera RAW's algorithms meet your client's expectations...

Thanks!
