More adventures with my "new" used Canon 100-400. White-crowned Sparrow (2),House Finch, and a Yellow-rumped Warbler.
Very nice series with a very nice lens. The first White-crowned Sparrow is superb.
Nice shots! These little guys can be hard to capture sometimes.
I have two suggestions that you may wish to consider. First, you could try to vary your composition. The bird is in the same portion of the frame in all these images. This just may be coincidental, and i know that the birds do not respond well to posing direction. But the eye appreciates variety. Having said that, the first shot is very well composed/processed.
Secondly, the last shot could be cropped tighter. The foliage is not so good looking that it needs to take up so much of the image, and the warbler is is getting lost.
Thanks for posting.

Love the light and really like the composition of the first image. You are going to love that lens.
I think #’s 1&2 are worthy of an extra
Lovely shots with that superb lens, that I wish I owned.
