Photodex Just notified me that after 30 yrs in business they are closing down at the end of the month. They recommend https://photopia.nl/proshow as a replacement. they have free trials. Somewhat expensive.

Bummer, I love my Proshow producer. I probably won't switch "upgrade" or whatever until I get a new computer, or "have to"

All video editing programs handle stills very well. The lowly Premiere Elements can even take RAWs that read any adjustments from Lightroom.
Maybe the market for "slideshow" only software is going the way of the point & shoot cameras. I gave ProShow a free trial a couple years ago and got dizzy with the transitions, fades and gimmicks.
