It's with a heavy heart that I'm letting everyone know that our friend, DOOK (Earl Keese) passed away today after a battle with cancer. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers, and also please remember all of our friends in Australia as they deal with these devastating fires.

...thanks Dixiegirl...he will be missed...I always enjoyed ālistening in my headā to what your comments to him might sound like if they were said in a āsouthern accentā...I apologize if I stereotyped how someone from Dixieland might say the name Earl...it always brought a smile to my face...it was one of the things that made UHH enjoyable for me...Iām sorry to see him go...I always enjoyed his landscape shots of the Australian coast when he used his drone...

I am so sorry to hear of Earl's passing. He was one of the most prolific photographers on this site and will be sorely missed. My condolences to his family and thank you Donna for letting us know.
