The photo was made with the following equipment: Hasselblad 500 EL (120 film camera) and Carl Zeiss 250mm f5.6 set at f5.6 shutter speed 1/500 sec. with vivitar 283 portable strobe off camera. Kodak ASA 400 120 color negative film.
This photo is 42 yrs old, a classic. Bowser is still with us! All colors not set correctly . . .

Mahalo, to you, JoAnn! For your fine response. My quick response to my Sports Action photos in the 70s, made it much easier to making still action images with a lot less movement to make a fine story telling capture.
Manual focus film cameras are a lot tougher to operate than pressing the shutter on a digital auto focus camera that does everything for you.
Years ago, I was offended by a UHH member who disagreed with me! I made that capture that tells a story. My shutter, my eye, and my braine, made that picture - NOTHING ELSE! AP
