An update.
There may be ten total now. One is in third instar.
It is an inch long and a beautiful green.
I had thought them to possibly be a scorpion mimic. Now I am sure of it.They hold their tails over their back and strike when disturbed.
Totally harmless.
They must have a container that is escape proof. It must be deep enough that they may hang, and be a few inches from the substrate. The abdomen will get large and heavy as they grow.
They are hatching in a dry, humid cycle of about four days. I manipulate that with temp. Cool dry, warm damp, three or four each damp cycle. May have 15-20 eggs to go.
