I had a problem with one of the products that I purchased It is the Peak Design Clip, It broke and I got so frustrated with it that I threw it away, and I no longer had the receipt. I filed a warranty claim with P.D. and was advised they understood my problem and would make it right if I just write a note and place it where a copy of the receipt would go and where a picture of the problem would go. I did what they asked me to do and I have not heard back from them, this has been over a week ago. I keep e-mailing them with the # of the warranty form and they do not return my e-mail. I have lost the liking I have had for their products when it comes time for communication there is no phone #. and they do not return my e-mails. Just beware if you have a PD product and need warranty help they might not be there for you.
You seem to be impatient to receive warranty service on a product that no longer exists and you have no receipt for.
So they offered to correct an issue for a defective item you no longer own and do not have the receipt for? I'm guessing they are working on it, but need to focus on other higher priority product inquiries first.

Thank you. My feelings exactly. This is right after the Christmas season and the OP says it has been a little over a week.
My advice to the OP, be a doctor. Have some patience.

So you threw it away and don’t have the receipt. I understand the problem too. But I don’t insult peoples’ intelligence. Also, the world is just coming off of a two week holiday period so that may be a contributing factor to the delay. But I’m just surmising..... Happy 2020.

Really, you gave them a whole WEEK. Really, when most of their employees are probably on holiday. Boy, I am glad I have never done business with you!!!
I do not use Peak Design, but I have heard nothing but good things about their company. I am sure in the end they will do right by you. Learn patience grasshopper, your blood pressure will be lower and you will live longer. PS. be happy and keep on shooting until the end.
AND a additional PS. Why are you using this site to air your dirty laundry?
You want some cheese to go with your whine? Have some patience. I'm sure they are doing the best they can to make things right. You are not their only customer.
I have always had great response from PD on the many questions I have posed to them and have also had immediate satisfaction from the one warranty claim that I made. I think this difficulty is a "one off" and not representative of their quality across the board

You might consider chilling out a little. Perhaps a nice single malt would help. Three months ago I bought a used but like new PD 20L Everyday backpack from REI. I noticed that a couple straps were missing. I went to PD’s website with the intent of buying them. Found nothing, so I contacted them directly. Took a while because the straps were out of stock, but about 3 weeks later, they showed up. No charge.

One week and you emailed them “several” times? The customer service have to read your emails instead of solving warranty problems. You might be the subject of their lunch room discussions😂.
Bill Nikon ,Why do you always have to be such a dick ? Try treating people the way you want to be treated.
